Booking and first visits
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You can book directly with us. If you're claiming on health insurance, check whether your insurer needs a referral first.
How soon can I be seen?
Most new patients are seen within three days, often sooner.
What should I wear?
Something comfortable you can move in. We have private changing space.
Treatments
Can I mix physiotherapy and holistic treatments?
Yes. Many of our plans combine both, and our recovery pack can be used for either.
Is acupuncture safe?
Our acupuncturist is fully trained and a member of the British Acupuncture Council. Single-use needles are always used. Tell us if you're pregnant or take blood thinners.
What oils do you use in Ayurvedic massage?
Herbal oils chosen for you on the day. Tell us about any allergies, especially to nuts.
