Common signs

  • Stiffness turning your head
  • Headaches that start at the neck
  • Tight shoulders

What usually causes it

Neck pain usually comes from muscles and joints working too hard: long hours at a screen, looking down at a phone or sleeping awkwardly.

How we treat it

At your first visit we’ll ask how it started, what makes it better or worse, and check how you move. Then we agree a plan with you. It usually mixes hands-on care with simple exercises you can do at home, and you’ll always know why we’re doing what we do.
